Thread: Please help!

  1. #1

    Red face Please help!

I am trying to list on this site and continually getting error message of... The reserve price of an auction is the minimum price at which you are willing to sell an item. It must be greater or equal to your starting bid and less than a BuyNow price if you are using BuyNow. I am ticking the box for NO RESERVE but still getting this error message and not allowing me to go further. I contacted the Help desk and they suggest just putting in 3-90 days which I am doing, no ther boxes are ticked and nOT run till sold. Can someone help please.
    kind regards
    Pam

Have you tried just entering the same price in the reserve box as your starting bid price?

I am so used to Ebay, that when a reserve price is listed it goes for that reserved price, thank you for your help, I do appreciate it.

However, Pam, you should consider that there are very few contested auctions on ebid. Do start your item at a price with which you would be reasonably happy.
