    All so true.

Remember going round the shop with 10p and having loads of little sweets! It was a real treat!

Playing outside!!!!!!!!!!! oh what fond memories!

Pom Pom, He ball on bikes, hide n seek, knock down ginger( bit naughty but we all did it!).
Oh, and when I was a little bit older....................the ATARI!!!!! We weren't allowed to play on it all the time, but my dad used to love our space invaders championship comps!
Roller skates with 4 wheels, pogo sticks, hoola hoops...........the fun we had!
What I would give to go back and do it all again!

Bob, You missed a bit. Central heating!
A frozen bedroom with no heating.....ice on the windows to draw pictures in and then getting told off by mum for leaving dirty marks on the windows.
Not English, I did make the stilts, but not with treacle cans......can't remember what cans I used for them.
I did spend many hours with friends playing competitively with marbles.....nowadays considered too dangerous cos they are glass!

I think you'll find it was a CPC464 then I changed to a 6128 with a disc drive WOW! Good machine though, then had my first PC, a 286, cost me £1600, just think what sort of mega machine you could get for that money now, and that's without taking inflation into account.
