Shipping options 'drop down' menu for Canada needs updating

Hi,

Finally got around to this topic, since the limited shipping options I'm sure is scaring away potential customers

Right now there's one option for Small Packet. But it's been split as of spring 2005 into air/surface and into three (addition of Light Packet) in spring 2007...

It should read for small packet options:

Canada Post Light Packet - USA
Canada Post Small Packet Surface - USA
Canada Post Small Packet Airmail - USA

Canada Post Light Packet- International
Canada Post Small Packet Surface - International
Canada Post Small Packet Airmail - International
