Thread: URGENT:Need advice on how to cancel a bid made on my item

Question URGENT:Need advice on how to cancel a bid made on my item

Hi! Someone-newbie- made a bid on a pair of my earrings. Now she'd wants to cancel bid because her ears aren't pierced. Have explained I could convert them but she wants to cancel bid.

How do I cancel this so I don't get charged any seller's fee on this item because ebid will think it has been sold. Who should I contact?

Thanks guys for your much appreciated advice!

Hi, just put the bidder on your blackball list and tick the box to remove their bids. If that doesn't work then you will need to contact support.

Hi, raspberry-bazzar. As far as I know only sellers can cancel bids and then only by using the blackball route as above.

The alternative is for a buyer to contact the seller and ask that a bid be removed.
