I had nothing but trouble with them - both as a seller AND a buyer.

I offer, PPPay, google, peepal, check postal order. So either way they buyer has plenty of options. I dont know what probs you had with PPPay (im assuming) but ive never encountered any.

The only problem I've encountered with Pppay, as a buyer, is the COST. 49p just to use it??? That, as far as I'm concerned, out-PayPals PayPal. And if it's the only method that a seller will accept, then I shall be moving on to someone else's auction.

    UGH.

    Won't be doing that again.

Talking Trade, gold platinum paypal & checks it's all good!

Takes everything from Trade, Gold the METAL , Checks, to paypal.

Unfortunately since i closed my B&M shop (don't we all love the current US economy! ) and 99.8+% of fee-bay bidders pay using pay pal when using a credit card i closed my merchant account because i wasn't even making enough to pay the account maintenance fees.

It's very sad that people don't realize that all they have to do is make one call and dispute a charge if they get ripped off- THEY DON'T need pay (NOT MY!!!) pal's so called "protection"!

As for paypal's seller protection what a load of PURE unadulterated 999.9% Grade A certified choice...
    BULL SH**!!!

Is PPP for everyone. I thought I read something about it being only in UK.

I use PP and Google but no one has used Google yet (only had 4 sales). I think others are like me, like to stick to the familiar.

Well - if we are going to tempt buyers away from feebay, we have to make it quick and convenient for them.
Most are already signed up for, and used to Paypoo, so if they have to sign up for something else to use ebid, the impulse would be lost.
Besides - its convenient for me too - I still sell on feebay as well as on here.
