Most sellers are just using a cut and paste and doing their best to transfer items from one site to another. Seems to me it would be a nice thing to just drop the seller a note and let them know instead of running off to report them for policy violation. This community could stand to be a little more friendly when it comes to assisting others.

That's one reason I wish eBid had kept the narrower listing page, then maybe people would actually look at what they were transferring.

I've seen listings with live links to their feebay stores, adding to feebay favourites, signing up for feebay newsletters, plus Auct** live links, surely they must look at their own listings occasionally?

I'd also hope they'd read the banned items FAQ's before listing.
I don't only mean on eBid, I've seen the same on listings other Alt's as well.

I've made the same mistake myself when transferring listings to Ebid, but quickly rectified it when I discovered the error. I think we need to give some sellers the benefit of the doubt because it can be quite a massive task transferring listings over and changing links etc.
