Multiple Item Invoice Shipping Calculation ERROR after Auction

This is a problem I have encountered after the end of tha auction when trying to ammend the shipping on the invoice, an apparent ebid system error.

I will post the resolution when this has been resolved in case anyone else has the same problem.

I have sold the below item on ebid, there were 3 items available in the auction the buyer opted to buy all 3 items.

When I sent the invoice I tried to adjust the shipping which appeared to be ok on the review of the invoice at a total of £25.99 including shipping but when the invoice arrived at the buyer the total showed £10.01. The calculator had altered the amount after the invoice had been sent, it showed £25.99 when I clicked on send and £10.01 when it arrived at the buyer.
I have tried to correct this but your system will not allow me to do so.
The total item cost for all 3 is £25.99 including total shipping of £7.99 and NOT £10.01.
I am worried that I am going to lose this sale because of this system error.

Just had the same issue, and I feel that this is why I have 2 buyers who have yet to pay.

Invoice I just sent was for loads of items

Shipping was discounted majorly.

Invoice left me for £3.15, arrived at buyers end as -£14.13 Thats a minus.

G&M this needs urgent sorting.

My invoice number is 43313, it has 48 items on it, all at 6p and P&P at 36p on the main auction but on the invoice it shows as Zero for all the P&Ps

I had the same problem last night - 2 items for the states, after I discounted items to half price and postage accordingly, invoice was £3.50. By the time it got to the states it said -30p!! Buyer was a new ebidder, but luckily we sorted it and she paid direct through Paypal invoice.
I e-mailed support last night as this was happening and they replied - "

We have checked the Paypal invoicing from the buyers side and it looks ok.
This may have been a temporary problem.
If the problem re-occurs please could you advise prior to the bidder making
payment and we will investigate further."

To be honest not sure they checked the right thing, as buyer had paid with paypal - but clearly this is an ongoing problem.
Be interesting to see what the outcome is now a few of us have had problems!??
