Congratulations! Well Done! 1,500,000 + Auctions as of Today! Time to get out a press release as this is a milestone event. And it happened rather quickly too. Over a quarter million new auctions in less than 60 days. And please remind the press that this is all done without the pages of identical listings that a certain west coast USA auction site uses to puff up its listings. Great Job Mark and Gazza!

That is the number of unique listings that comes up on the counter when I log in from the USA portal. First time it has gone over a million five hundred thousand! Number has been steadily growing and the rate of growth has been getting more rapid the last couple of weeks, a very healthy sign in my humble opinion. There have been over 16,000 more listings in excess of sales added in the last ten hours. (HOORAY!) The 2,000,000 listing milestone will come very rapidly at this rate.

I wish the Boyz would put out a definitive number of items offered FROM each site - every time I look at various figures, they don't seem to add up or make sense.

For instance, are they using 'the number of items offered TO each country' or' the number of items offered BY each country' etc etc etc....?

So I'm not sure what these figures are actually telling us - I'd just like to know exactly how many items are offered at a given point in time over the WHOLE site!

I suspect the big red number you see on login is the number of items available to the country you whose portal you are logging in through. Pure speculation on my part.
Somebody told me the other day that if you click on the eBid logo while on the forums you will get a total number, which is rapidly closing in on the 2 million mark.
