If you've found any web or shopping directories that will accept eBid stores, please can you list them here, & your experiences with them.

If you have your own site or domain name and web page it makes it a whole lot easier, as you can submit it to all the search engine you can find and also set up a links page to register for exchange programmes such as www.linkmarket.com Some of these, however, I find are a waste of time, but others are quite good (although junk email can become a problem.) Gazza should have a list of sites available that are link exchange or banner exchange friendly, such as www.impressionz.com, www.spotjockey.com and www.popexchange.co.uk. Again, you need to have your own web page to make the most of these and hundreds of other online directories that are available.
Has anyone tried submitting the URL of their eBid store straight to the search engines and is that allowed, if it's possible?

I came across this thread by looking at the logs of my website National Ads http://www.nationalads.co.uk

I am happy people are finding more uses for the classified ads board.

All ebid members are very welcome to submit their advertisements at National Ads.

We are at the top of Google, Yahoo and MSN for search terms such as Free Ads, Free Ads UK, Classified Ads etc.
