Lightbulb Electronic Components and Vintage Parts

    Hi Folks,

Have my eBid store going and will be adding to it as we go.

I have electronic components and vintage parts, especially geared toward the valve (vacuum tube) hobbiest, designer, repairs, HiFi and guitar amps.

I do have quite a few valves laying around that will be added. Many are consigned, some are stock. Some new, some used. All backed by a 10-day money back (sans-shipping cost) guarantee.

For a shipping quote, just ask a question through the auction with your Canadian postal code, US state or International country for a quote. Canada Post's new rules seem to want to charge every destination a different price, making listing a shipping price practically impossible for all but known items to the US.

Have a look and check back often to see what new goodies are listed.

    Cheers!

Just did a price adjustment to the axial electrolytic power supply capacitors to reflect the higher Canadian dollar (as well as taking a bit of a writedown because of it).

    47uF 450V Axial Electrolytic Capacitor was $4.49/ea., NOW $3.59

    22uF 450V Axial Electrolytic Capacitor was $3.39/ea., NOW $2.49

    330uF 50V Axial Electrolytic Capacitor was $1.99/ea., NOW $1.19

    Cheers!

    Hey - I see you're from Canada!

We're hoping to move there next year - have you always lived there?

It looks like a stunning place to be.

Hope your sales go well - and here's a 'bump' up the lists for you!

Yes! All 39 years of my life.

What part are you moving to?

It is, especially the west coast here. 1-2 months of winter compared to 6 or 7 for the rest of the country

    Thanks mate, cheers!

Just added some more valve (vacuum tube) sockets to the lineup. These are quality ceramic sockets made by Shuguang.

They are the good ones, not the sealed blighters that bumout after a year. These ones can be cleaned/redressed after many years of service.

9-pin Minature PCB Mount Valve Tube Socket - $2.45 CAD/ea

Octal PCB Mount Valve Tube Socket - $2.75 CAD/ea.

    Cheers!

Just updated my store with a LOT of great NEW electronic/electrical parts. Hard to find (inexpensively) low current rated fuses, switches, connectors, adapters, capacitors, etc.

I have also introduced a cheaper postage option (Lettermail - Canada, Light Packet - USA) for small/light parts so shipping doesn't cost a hideous amount more than the actual part. This optional method, listed in green print, overrides the regular terms.

Sorry, overseas must stil use Airmail, simply because the losses were too high with any other less expensive method (good grief, I tried them).

    Need quantity? Please ask me.

I will gladly combine shipping for most efficient postage.

    Cheers!
